Installation Instructions

Once bracket location is decided, a template is used to position headed anchors. Next, anchors are welded in place using a standard stud welder. The anchors are then proof-tested for safety to twice the working load.

Stage Brackets are hung on the anchors and secured with locking stainless steel set screws

Stage boards with adjustable hooks are attached. The platform is ready for stanchions and handrails. Staging system disassembly is just as fast. Headed anchors can be left in place, or if removal is required, they can be burned or cut off in seconds.

Brackets are proof-tested to twice the working load at the factory and the anchors proof-tested at installation. Each bracket can safely carry a distributed load of 1200 to 1800 pounds depending on model and length. All meet a 4:1 safety factor, exceeding all OSHA requirements.

Anchor is welded into
position for testing
Torque Bridge is calibrated
for accuracy before
testing anchor
A ten second, 10,000 pound tension test is performed
on every anchor,
by your personnel,
to ensure holding strength.
A penetration gauge is used
as a final test to confirm that anchors meet specifications
and are ready for use
